We have no minimum order value.
Orders will be subject to a carriage charge calculated at the checkout. *** PLEASE NOTE *** This only applies to orders delivered to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland (please enquire for delivery to these areas).
Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) before 1.00 pm will usually be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day. However, due to third-party carriers being out of our control, no guarantee can be given - but rest assured, we will do our best.
Some bulkier items, e.g. bubble wrap, sometimes incur additional carriage charges, and we reserve the right to charge extra in these circumstances. We will always discuss any extra costs with you before dispatch.
Suppose no one is available to receive the delivery. In that case, the courier will leave a card asking you to telephone to arrange a redelivery or for you to collect from their nearest local depot. If the carrier encounters difficulty in delivery, we reserve the right to pass on any charges they may make.
Please inspect the parcel upon delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery note if possible. Please inform us of damaged or faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt.
Goods will not usually be delivered without a signature, and you become responsible for the goods upon delivery to you or your agent.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard credit & debit cards. All transactions are shown in £ sterling by default and are charged in UK £ sterling against your credit/debit card.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, in pounds sterling (£), and are exclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) or one of the Channel Islands, your sales tax will be zero. If your order is to an EC member state, the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Our Guarantee to You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified before the dispatch of any goods and offered a partial fulfilment of your order, amendment, or cancellation. We will complete orders in full once we receive the remaining items, which will be dispatched free of charge.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received after 2:30 pm will be dispatched on the following day, subject to availability. Those orders received after 1:30 pm will be dispatched on the day after the next day. On dispatch, we will send you a notification email alerting you. We regret that we cannot guarantee a particular time of day.
Returns Policy
We only supply quality products and gladly refund or exchange any item that fails to meet your expectations. Return the goods within seven days of receipt in a re-saleable condition with the original invoice. Returns must be made at your risk and cost. However, faulty or wrongly supplied goods will be replaced or refunded (at the customer's choice), and any return carriage charges incurred will be refunded.
